At Cookery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Cookery account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the unused kitchenware in its original box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned cookware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
